Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

MBM Housing Limited is responsible for this website and for deciding how personal information submitted through it is used.

MBM HOUSING LIMITED is a private limited company registered in England and Wales. Company number: 16397322. Registered office: 12 Summer Road, Erdington, Birmingham, England, B23 6XA.

Telephone: 07958 766445.

2. Information we may collect

Depending on how you contact us, we may collect your name, organisation, telephone number, email address, information about an accommodation or housing enquiry, and any message you choose to send.

3. How we use information

We may use information to respond to enquiries, understand accommodation and support requirements, communicate about a potential referral, and maintain appropriate records.

4. Website forms

Information submitted through this website is used to respond to enquiries and manage housing-related communication. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse. Contact enquiries are processed by Cloudflare and delivered to our Microsoft Outlook mailbox. Please avoid including highly sensitive personal information.

5. Sharing information

Information submitted through our enquiry and referral forms may be shared only where necessary to respond to an enquiry, assess suitability or meet a legal obligation.

When you choose Allow analytics, website usage information is also shared with Google through Google Analytics, as explained in section 8. This analytics sharing is optional, and you can reject analytics or change your choice later using Privacy settings.

6. How long information is kept

Information is kept only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to legal or operational requirements.

7. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information, or to object to processing. To discuss a privacy request, please call 07958 766445.

8. Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, provided by Google, to help us understand how visitors use the site. Analytics is optional: the Google tag only loads after you choose Allow analytics. We do not use Google Ads, remarketing or advertising personalisation.

You can choose Reject analytics when first visiting the site or change your preference later using the Privacy settings control in the footer. Your choice is saved in this browser's local storage. Allowing analytics lets Google Analytics use cookies to measure visits. Withdrawing permission disables further measurement by this website, but cannot recall requests already sent. Existing analytics cookies may remain until they expire or you clear them in your browser.

9. Changes to this policy

MBM Housing Limited may update this policy when website functionality or information handling changes.
